House Rules (updated July 2026)
Please note some recent changes:
-Birdfeeders such as hummingbird feeders are allowed. Birdseed is allowed.
-Internet devices such as Starlink require prior written approval from the Board. These requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and in compliance with applicable laws.
-Electric bikes, electric scooters, and other comparable devices powered by lithium ion or nickel metal hydride or smilar battery are prohibited.
- Watertree of DeWitt Condominiums does not allow short term rentals under 90 days. We do not allow Watertree units to be listed on Airbnb, VRBO, Pillow or any short term listing websites. The minimum allowable term rental allowed by the Board of Watertree is 90 days.
