Please note some recent changes:
-Electric bikes, electric scooters, and other comparable devices powered by lithium ion or nickel metal hydride or smilar battery are prohibited.
- Watertree of DeWitt Condominiums does not allow short term rentals under 90 days. We do not allow Watertree units to be listed on Airbnb, VRBO, Pillow or any short term listing websites. The minimum allowable short term rental allowed by the Board of Watertree is 90 days. If you have any questions, please call the office at 315.437.1426.
